Callbacks: from a WhatsApp request to a real phone call

"Call me tomorrow at 10" β€” the assistant recognises the request, parses the time and records it on the lead. When the time comes, the system acts by itself:

  1. Is the phone receptionist active? A real phone call goes out to the customer, with context: their name and the reason. This is the recommended path β€” the customer asked for a call, not a message.
  2. No receptionist, and inside the 24-hour window β€” a WhatsApp message "you asked us to get back to you today. Still relevant?".
  3. Outside the window β€” the approved template you chose for "callback"; no template β€” you get an email to call yourself.
  • Callbacks go out only in the allowed hours (quiet hours), up to 30 a day, with a retry after half an hour and up to 3 failures.
  • A customer who opted out, moved to human handling or already paid does not get an automatic callback.
  • You can also launch a call from the lead card or the conversation ("Call") β€” it goes out through the receptionist's regular call queue.
