The periodic email digest
Beyond the instant notifications (a new lead, an appointment booked, a missed call), WABOT can send one periodic digest with the full picture: messages, calls, new leads, appointments and what's still waiting on you.
Turning it on
In Settings β Notifications there's a "Weekly digest" toggle. When it's on, the email goes out once a week, in the morning, in the business's timezone. Off by default β turn it on whenever you want. A daily digest already exists in the engine and will become a picklist in Settings soon; want it turned on for your business right away β contact support and we'll switch it on manually.
What's inside
Numbers from the period that just ended: how many messages came in, how many leads opened and how many of them are hot, how many phone calls happened (and whether any were missed), how many appointments were booked and how many are still upcoming, and what's coming up in the next week. One button at the bottom goes straight to Analytics for the full detail.
Nothing to report (a fully quiet week, or a business that just signed up today)? The email simply doesn't go out β you never get an empty digest.
Want to turn it off β go back to the same toggle in Settings β Notifications, or click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any digest email: a signed link that cancels it immediately, no sign-in needed. Other notifications (new lead, appointment, payment) are unaffected; each kind is switched on and off separately.
Emails that bounce or get reported as spam are stopped automatically, to protect the product's sender reputation. If digests suddenly stopped arriving without you turning them off, contact support β your inbox provider may have blocked us by mistake.
