The lead heat meter
Heat is a score recalculated on every message, so you know whom to call first.

Hot = 4 and up Β· Warm = 2β3 Β· Cold = less. Heat is computed for open leads only; hot leads appear first on the home screen, and you can filter by heat on the Leads page.
