Outbound calls: quiet hours, retries and caps
The receptionist calls out in three cases only: a lead from a form (speed-to-lead), a customer who asked on WhatsApp "call me", or a call you launch from the panel. Never a cold call.
Quiet hours
- Automatic outbound calls only between 09:00 and 20:00. A call created outside the window is scheduled for the start of the next window β it does not disappear.
- With the "quiet on Shabbat" setting on: Friday from 14:00 and all of Saturday are quiet.
- "Test call to me" from the panel goes out immediately, even in quiet hours β you are calling yourself.
- WhatsApp messages (follow-ups, reminders) have a wider window: 08:00β21:00, with Shabbat by the same setting.
Retries
- No answer β another attempt after half an hour.
- The provider could not start the call β another attempt after 15 minutes, up to 3 attempts in total, then the task is marked "failed" with the reason.
- The same number is not queued twice within 30 minutes.
Caps β the brakes that protect your wallet
| Cap | Default | What happens when it is reached |
|---|---|---|
| Call minutes per day (inbound + outbound) | 120 | Outbound calls wait for tomorrow; inbound calls are still answered. |
| Outbound calls per day | 30 | The rest wait for tomorrow. |
| Minutes per month by plan | Pro 300 Β· Business 1,500 | Up to 10% over β then outbound calls stop until next month or an upgrade. |
The daily caps are changed in the receptionist settings. An open call counts as 3 minutes until the exact duration arrives.
