The lead pipeline
The assistant opens a lead as soon as it is clear what the customer needs — even with partial details — and updates it as the conversation progresses: name, need, budget, timing and a two-sentence summary for the owner. A lead can also come from the phone, the booking page, the API or by hand ("New lead").
Stages
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Opened, not handled yet. Counted in the badge next to "Leads". |
| Contacted | Someone on the team talked to them. |
| Closing | Received an offer / payment details. |
| Paid | The customer said they paid (or sent a receipt). The assistant marks it by itself and alerts you. |
| Won / Lost | Closed — the lead leaves the open lists. |
In the kanban view you drag cards between columns; in the list view you filter by stage, heat, source, assignee and dates. Every card links to the conversation, shows the heat meter and the callback request if any, and can be assigned to a team member. A lead that came from an ad carries the ad source.
