The knowledge score

The score (0–100) at the top of the Knowledge page measures how well equipped the assistant is to answer without improvising. Each item earns points when it is filled in and specific enough; next to every missing item you see what to add.

ItemPointsWhen it counts as "complete"
Services18One line per service (at least 40 characters)
About the business122–4 sentences
Objection handbook12At least 3 objections with an answer
What's included Β· What not to do8 + 8The list that closes Β· what is never promised
Process Β· FAQ7 + 7Step by step Β· 4–8 questions
Written prices6Number + currency next to a service (without it the assistant defers to "a rep will get back")
Human answering hours6An hours table is set
Budget guidance Β· Funnel Β· Voice4 + 4 + 3A short paragraph in each
Business phone Β· Payment details Β· Price list2 + 2 + 1Set

80 and up β€” excellent, test in the simulator. 50–79 β€” a good base; what is missing is the difference between "a rep will get back" and a closed deal. Below 50 β€” start from a website import or a vertical preset. A high score does not mean the text is right β€” the simulator does.
