Team and roles

Inviting a team member
- Team β Invite: name, email and role. An email goes out with a join link valid for 7 days (you can also copy the link and send it yourself).
- The invitee picks a name, password and language and signs in. Until then they show as "Invited", and the invitation can be re-sent.
- Disabling a user signs them out of every device immediately. The last business admin cannot be removed.
The number of seats depends on the plan (Starter 1 Β· Pro 3 Β· Business 10) and includes invitees who have not signed in yet. Every user has their own interface language; password reset β from the sign-in page, by email (the link is valid for one hour).
