Teaching the assistant: import your website or fill in by hand
The assistant answers only from what you wrote. It does not invent prices, does not promise what you did not approve, and when a fact is missing it says what is known and offers a call back.
The fast way β import from your website
- On Knowledge & persona β Import paste your website address and click "Import".
- The system reads the home page and up to five internal pages (about, services, pricing, contact, FAQ) and drafts every field β in the site's language, including hours, vertical and persona.
- Review the draft, correct and save. Nothing is live until you save.
The precise way β fill in by hand
Fill in the fields one by one, or start from a vertical preset (clinic, law office, real estateβ¦) and adapt it. Every field explained with examples β. The most important ones: Services & prices (the only source of prices), What's included and What not to do.
Test before you publish
In the simulator you chat with the assistant exactly like a customer β the same brain, without touching any real number. Ask the questions your customers ask; an inaccurate answer is fixed in the knowledge, not in the chat.
