Business verticals and presets
The vertical tells the assistant what kind of business you are: law office, clinic, dentist, beauty, real estate, marketing agency, restaurant, fitness, education, retail, trades β or other.
- A vertical preset (Knowledge & persona β Persona) fills in a starting point for every field: typical services, FAQ, objections, tone and funnel. It is a draft to adapt β not a finished product.
- On a website import the vertical is detected automatically and shapes the wording.
- The vertical affects the next step the assistant steers toward: booking a meeting in appointment businesses, a quote in project businesses.
Changing the vertical does not delete knowledge you already wrote; applying a preset fills empty fields only.
