Availability and calendar slots
The calendar decides which slots the receptionist, the WhatsApp assistant and the booking page offer. Set it under Calendar β Availability.

- A slot is offered only if it is at least two hours from now.
- A slot that is busy in the connected Google Calendar is busy here too. Connecting Google β
- Appointment statuses: booked β done / no-show / canceled. Canceling frees the slot immediately. You can also reschedule and send a reminder now.
