Consent and opt-out: the commands a customer can send
The customer controls the relationship. The system recognises commands in Hebrew, English and Arabic (the Hebrew and Arabic equivalents work exactly the same as the English ones below) and executes them before anything else β even when the assistant is muted.
| The customer writes | What happens |
|---|---|
| STOP Β· unsubscribe Β· "don't contact me" | Immediate, permanent opt-out: no message goes out β not a template, not a follow-up, not a manual message. The evidence (wording and time) is kept in the consent log. |
| start Β· resume Β· "you can message me again" | Explicit resumption after an opt-out. A plain "hi" after an opt-out does not resume. |
| agent Β· human | Handover to a person β the assistant goes quiet and you get an email. |
| "not right now" Β· "no budget" Β· "already found someone" Β· "not interested" | Soft stop: follow-ups and reminders stop, but the customer can write again and get a normal reply. |
| yes Β· ok (after being asked) | Consent to marketing updates. Stored with the evidence. |
| "delete my data" | Data erasure β |
A marketing message goes only to someone with documented consent, and is automatically wrapped with an advertisement header, the business name, registration number, address and an opt-out line (Israel's Communications Law, section 30A). Each customer's consent state is visible in the conversation panel, and the full log β in the agency console.
