The knowledge fields — explained with examples

The knowledge is what the assistant knows. Write the way you talk to a customer — short sentences, explicit numbers, no "call for details".

FieldWhat to writeExample
About the businessWho you are, who you fit, what sets you apart. 2–4 sentences."Physiotherapy clinic in Haifa, 12 years' experience, specialising in back pain and post-surgery rehab."
Services & pricesThe only source of prices. One service per line, with a price or range."First session incl. assessment — ₪350 · Follow-up — ₪280 · 5-session pass — ₪1,250"
What's includedThe full answer to the closing question "what do I get?"."Assessment, video exercise plan, WhatsApp follow-up between sessions."
Budget guidanceHow to help a customer choose by budget."Up to ₪1,000 — a pass; above — a monthly rehab package."
ProcessWhat happens after closing, step by step."1. Intro call 2. Assessment 3. Plan 4. Weekly sessions"
Objection handbookThe moments a deal closes or dies — and what to answer. At least 3."'Too expensive' → the assessment is included and most patients finish within 5 sessions."
FAQQuestion and answer, one per line. 4–8."Parking? Free garage under the building."
What not to doWhat the assistant never promises or does."No medical diagnoses. No promised outcomes."
Price list / Payment detailsSent to the customer on request, or when they are ready to pay."Bank transfer: bank … · Bit to number …"
Websites / ReviewsReal links to work and reviews — the assistant sends them as proof."Google: https://g.page/…"
Human answering hoursWhen a person answers. Format →

Persona

  • The business voice — the tone: "warm and to the point, short sentences, no slang".
  • The funnel — what "closing" means for you and the next step the assistant steers toward: a meeting? a payment? a call from a rep?
  • Extras — special rules: "always ask which city", "don't discuss competitors".

The assistant speaks as a woman (in Hebrew) and admits it is a bot when asked. It never invents a price you did not write — if one is missing, it says what is known and offers a call back.
